Yoga Helped My Skateboarding

Balance throughout life is the key to a great journey.  Balance on the board is the key to executing any basic board maneuver.  Yoga has been perfect to help train the body to work harmoniously, to remain flexible, centered and ultimately increase balance.  I love this pic.  I have never tried yoga on the board but I can see it working.  Go for it.  Contact Surf, Wind and Fire about participating in a yoga session.  Come early and we always use the empty store to try some new skateboards.  Just never thought of putting the two together but I can now see the light.
