Why Yoga?



I recently started practicing yoga every morning.

 There were 3 motivations backing this decision:

1) Improving my posture

2) Focussing more on the present moment

3) Watching this video

And since I really do NOT know what I am doing, thank goodness for professionals who do!

Surf, Wind, and Fire is now offering Yoga classes on Monday nights at 7 in downtown New Bern.

Try a new activity with an open mind and let it shift your thoughts in a positive direction. That is my challenge to you! 
I'll report back in a couple of weeks and share my thoughts, feelings, and transformations regarding this endeavor.
